• Within India: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or due to unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
• Any applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS/WhatsApp with your tracking number and courier details.
• You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

5. Secure Packaging

• Every jewellery item is packed in premium, tamper-evident packaging to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy.
• If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package for assistance.
