Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized jewellery.
• Engraved products.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose another product by paying the price difference (if applicable).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
• Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
• Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

5. Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share photos or a short video of the product and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if it meets the eligibility criteria.
